Absolutely. The Infinity Care believes in person-centered care and participant choice. We match support workers based on:

• Gender preferences for personal care
• Consistency - we aim to provide the same workers for familiarity

If you're not satisfied with a match, we'll work with you to find a better fit. It's your support, your choice.

All The Infinity Care support workers undergo rigorous screening and training:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory)
• Police checks and working with children checks
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent experience)
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Manual handling and medication administration training
• Specialized training for complex care needs (diabetes, epilepsy, etc.)
• Ongoing professional development

Our Community Nurses are registered with AHPRA and have extensive clinical experience.

You can also choose a combination of these options for different parts of your plan.

You can request to change your plan management at any time by contacting the NDIS or your Local Area Coordinator. If you want to add Plan Management, the NDIS must fund this separately - it doesn't reduce your support budget.

At your next plan review, tell your planner you'd like to change how your plan is managed. You can also request a change mid-plan if your circumstances change.
